Lake Journal Magazine Brand Design
The goal of this brand was to position Lake Journal as a collectible, story-driven magazine. Something you’d keep, revisit, and display on your coffee table. Instead of focusing on landscapes or wildlife, the direction centers on the people behind the lakes; their heritage, craftsmanship, and connection to the water. The design is guided by a compass concept that represents deeper exploration. The visual identity reflects this through a refined, editorial style, combining a classic serif for a timeless, credible feel, and nature-inspired palette. This brand is meant to match the value of the stories inside.

New Hampshire Doughnut Co. – Brand Refresh
The goal for this rebrand was to help New Hampshire Doughnut Co. stand out in a crowded market. Their original visuals used soft pastels that didn’t match the creativity or personality of their doughnuts. I wanted to design something that felt as bold and joyful as their products.
Many doughnut brands lean into a “gourmet” identity, one that looks chic and refined. That approach didn’t fit this business. New Hampshire Doughnut Co. is family-run, deeply rooted in community, and known for their fun, one-of-a-kind creations. I built a brand that celebrates those qualities through bright color, playful type, and friendly messaging.

L.L.Bean Shopping Bag Design
Inspired by L.L.Bean’s tagline, “The outdoors is inside everything we make,” I designed packaging that makes that message literal. The torn paper window reveals scenes of the outdoors, making it feel as though nature itself is inside the bag.
This approach turns a simple shopping bag into an extension of the brand story… connecting the excitement of an outdoor adventure with every purchase. The design uses natural textures, earthy tones, and layered imagery to reinforce L.L.Bean’s focus on authenticity and the outdoors.

Montebello Olive Oil – Packaging Design
Montebello is a premium olive oil brand that prides itself on quality and traditional “old world” techniques passed down through generations in Italy. I wanted to bring that heritage to life through visual storytelling that feels both timeless and elegant.
I hand-drew each element to emphasize authenticity and craft. The two ancient Greek figures beneath the olive tree convey the sense of romance and charm often associated with Italy. It’s a nod to the beauty, warmth, and artistry embedded in Italian culture, and this brand. Rich greens highlight the oil’s natural purity, while the flowing typography mirrors the smooth texture of olive oil and adds a touch of sophistication.
The result is packaging that feels classic yet full of character… capturing Montebello’s commitment to tradition, quality, and Italian charm.

“Pumped Up” – Lululemon Surface Pattern Design
This surface pattern design for Lululemon is feminine, powerful, and unapologetically girly. It celebrates the confident, upbeat energy of Millennial and Gen Z women. It is a visual reflection of the confidence this brand inspires.
The pattern combines bold color, energetic illustrations, and playful typography to capture the feeling of being “pumped up” after a great workout. Designed for products like activewear, accessories, and drinkware, the concept brings personality and movement to Lululemon’s sleek aesthetic while staying true to their commitment to performance and empowerment.

“Beyond the Saddle” – NH Magazine Feature
A design for NH Magazine’s horse-themed feature that challenges what true horsemanship means…reminding readers that connection off the saddle is just as important as skill on it.
In my design I focused on the use of visual storytelling. As well as a thoughtful color palette to reflect the article’s bold yet grounded tone. Warm, natural tones and open layouts help the story feel reflective while keeping readers visually engaged.

What is Typography and Why is it Important?
- Editorial Layout and Typesetting Project
This project explored the principles of typography and typesetting in editorial design. The goal was to create a clean, structured magazine spread that communicates information clearly through thoughtful type choices, alignment, and spacing.
I focused on establishing visual hierarchy through consistent use of headings, body text, and pull quotes, while maintaining balance and rhythm across columns. Careful attention was given to kerning, leading, and justification to ensure maximum readability and professional polish.
The result is a refined, modern layout that highlights how typography and typesetting work together to shape both readability and tone in print design.

PAWtrait of a Polar Bear: Alaska’s Sea Bear -
Children’s Magazine Article Design
This project focused on the principles of typesetting and text organization for readability. The goal was to design a children’s magazine spread that effectively balances large amounts of text with engaging visuals, ensuring young readers can easily follow along.
I used hierarchical typography, pull quotes, and subheads to structure the article, guiding the reader through the content while maintaining visual interest. The use of color blocks, fact boxes, and playful puns adds energy to the layout without distracting from the text. Every element, from column width to line spacing, was intentionally chosen to enhance legibility, flow, and audience engagement.
The result is a well-organized, educational layout that combines clarity, structure, and personality, demonstrating the importance of thoughtful typesetting in publication design.

Campaign For Social Good; The Richards Free Library & Library Arts Center
This marketing campaign was created to spotlight the often-overlooked cultural and creative impact of libraries, specifically the Richards Free Library and its Library Arts Center. The concept centers on the idea that Effort is Exquisite… A response to a world increasingly driven by AI, speed, and instant gratification.
Through collage-based imagery and a warm, human-centered visual language, the campaign celebrates the library as a space where creativity, literature, and hands-on artistry are fully appreciated. The design highlights how the Arts Center supports local artists year-round while reinforcing the library’s mission of making knowledge and creative resources accessible to everyone.

Cute Jam Jars - Icon Project
This icon set was an experimental design project exploring shape consistency, color harmony, and visual charm. Each icon reimagines a jar of jam through a stylized, “cute but clean” aesthetic…balancing simplicity with personality. The project was a fun study in cohesive iconography and how to capture an idea on a small canvas.
